  • While The Rebuild Program is intentionally designed to support people living with chronic illness, it can be adapted to address other life challenges. I recommend booking a free consultation so I can hear more about your goals and help you choose the best booking option for your journey!

  • One-on-one coaching uses an open format where you get to determine the purpose of each session and where you need support. On the other hand, The Rebuild Program is specifically designed and structured to help clients reset and manage life with a chronic illness. If you’re looking for a whole life reset with a chronic illness, the program is for you. If you’re looking for more personalized support in another area of life, book a one-on-one session with me!

  • No! You’re welcome to finish the course six weeks or stretch it over a longer period of time—you decide! The Rebuild Program offers six weeks of content, but you determine the pace of your healing and are encouraged to only book one session at a time.

  • Right now I coach clients 100% virtually via Zoom. Once your session is confirmed you will receive a link for our meeting.

  • In your client portal you’ll be able to access everything relating to your past and future sessions, including session agendas, goals for the program, and any notes from past sessions. If requested, I’m also happy to record our sessions with your consent.

  • By the end of the program you will have a better understanding of their body and what it needs to live a fulfilling life amidst unpredictable circumstances. If you need support putting your new life into practice, purchase a one-on-one session (or a package) and I would love to continue to work with you after The Rebuild Program!
